Silk Scarves with Artwork Motives
I am pleased to introduce Juvence: a collection of scarves I have designed using patterns coming from my artworks. They are printed in a very limited edition on high-quality silk (some in satin silk, and some in a wool/silk blend) thanks to advanced digital technology, and finished with beautiful hand-rolled edges. Each scarf bears my artist’s signature and the brandname Juvence—an evocation of youthful (or juvenile) energy, forward-looking and adventurous.

This scarf was designed after a quadriptych by the same title, Metamorphosis of Emotions—a set of four acrylic paintings made in 2022.

Emerald Embeddings
Square Satin Silk, 26" x 26", hand-rolled edges.
This spectacular scarf was designed after an urushi lacquer painting by the same title, Emerald Embeddings. The National Museum of Women in the Arts (Washington, DC) acquired that painting in 2003 for their permanent collection.

This scarf was designed after an urushi lacquer painting by the same title,The Other Half of Happiness, created in 2006. It was acquired by a local art collector some years later.

A Bouquet for You

This scarf was designed after an urushi lacquer painting by the same title,A Bouquet for You, created in the late 1990s. It was one of my very first lacquer paintings. The Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian American Art Museum, Washington, DC, acquired it in 2001.

Square Silk and Wool, 64" x 19.5", hand-rolled edges. Also in satin silk (two-sided printed).
This scarf was designed using a combination of details from urushi paintings and the image of a flying seabird. This beautiful scarf is soft and thick and will keep you warm and comfy.
